7th Grade English
Welcome!
I am so excited to kick off the school year!
English at the middle school is a huge transition for all students. In my classroom, I am steadily offering reassurance, guidance, and support for your child to help the grow in every way possible - individually, socially, and academically. I set a high standard for all of my students because I know they are all capable of reaching this goal. This year we will embark on a journey that will give your child every resource possible to becoming a productive young adult. I look forward to all of the laughs, triumphs, road blocks, and adventures we will encounter this year!
About me:
I have a degree in elementary education and have taught 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade. I obtained by degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and I am currently enrolled in William Carey University for my Masters in Secondary Education. I also coach the high school girls soccer team. I am an avid sports follower and cheer on the following: New Orleans Saints, Arsenal, New Orleans Pelicans, Chicago Cubs, and Ole Miss.
